Engineering Manager

Position Overview:

The candidate will become part of an experienced team performing logistics consulting, logistics product specifications, software development/management, and sales and marketing technical support. The candidate must have strong organizational and communication skills and be willing to travel.

Responsibilities Breakdown:

The candidate will lead logistics consulting projects both on and off client’s site. The candidate will work directly with clients at many levels and must exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills. The candidate will manage both internal project requirements as well as client resources. The ability to perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel and Access is strongly desired. Programming expertise is considered an advantage. Past project management experience is required.

Backround Required:

BS or BA in engineering or logistics or equivalent experience
Two years experience minimum
DoD (Department of Defense) experience is a bonus

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation is based on qualifications/experiences and will include salary plus annual bonuses based on performance and profit sharing plan.

Project Manager

Software Developer

The ideal candidate will have both programming and network management experience.  Powerbuilder and Visual studio as well as database management is a plus.  Experience working with both Unix and Windows platforms is a bonus.  The candidate must have good communication skills, be willing to accept responsibility, and be willing to travel.

Process Analyst Intern

Position Overview:

The candidate will become part of an experienced team performing logistics consulting, logistics product specifications, software development/management, and sales and marketing technical support. The candidate must have strong organizational and communication skills and be willing to work 10-20 hours a week during school and up to 40 hours in the summer. 

Responsibilities Breakdown:

The candidate will support the team in project management duties, analyzing data, budgeting support, product flow and change management.  The ability to perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel and Access is strongly desired. Programming expertise is considered an advantage.

Backround Required:

Minimum of two years completed education in Engineering, Business Logistics, and/or similar courses of study.

Software Developer Intern

Position Overview:

The candidate will become part of an experienced team performing logistics consulting, logistics product specifications, software development/management, and sales and marketing technical support. The candidate must have strong organizational and communication skills and be willing to work 10-20 hours a week during school and up to 40 hours in the summer.

You will support the team in writing code and developing applications, and your input will guide all elements of innovation. You'll meet with experts and end-users and determine novel approaches to each facet of development, from database to user interfaces.

Minimum of two years completed education in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, and/or similar courses of study.
