Because you have different benefit needs at different times in your life, ASI enables you to tailor your benefits to meet your own needs by offering a wide variety of choices. Each year, you have the opportunity to select your benefits for the next year from a menu of benefit options. The following benefits are representative of programs currently available to U.S. salaried employees:
Pay For Performance
As a business, we aim to grow and generate profits. If you help us achieve those goals, we'll reward you well. And since you help create your own objectives, you can see precisely how your actions affect the rewards you receive. ASI distributes an annual bonus based on personal and business performance. Recognizing the delivery of strong year-on-year profitable growth, it rewards both our collective success and your individual contribution to it.
The amount can be rather significant.
Time Off
New employees are eligible for vacation in the first year, but the amount varies by hire date. The next January after you are hired, you will receive two weeks paid vacation. Additional weeks of vacation are earned depending upon your length of service. Associates are also given paid holidays, sick days, and personal management days to use throughout the year.
